Huguette Clark: is wealth a menace to happiness?

Huguette Clark died on May 24, 2011 in New York city at the age of 104. Her estate is estimated to be about $500 million. Would inheriting that kind of money change your life, and if so would the changes be for the better or the worse? Ms. Clark referred to her wealth as a "menace to happiness".
