When an executor declines
Posted by
Lynne Butler, BA LLB
I'm attaching a link to an excellent article that talks about choosing an executor (one of my favourite rants, as many of you know), and what happens when the executor you've chosen doesn't want the job. It also covers situations such as co-executors who don't get along. Click here to read it. It's very thought-provoking, so I hope you'll all read it and apply it to your own situations. Your choice of executor may well make or break not just your estate, but the family you leave behind.
