Manitoba eliminates probate fees as of November 6, 2020
There is some good news for estate administrators in Manitoba. As of November 6, 2020, there are no longer probate fees payable in Manitoba. This applies to any estate application filed from November 6, 2020 onward, regardless of the date of death of the deceased.
