Ontario Estate Info Return - 3 Things Executors Probably Don't Know
Posted by
Lynne Butler, BA LLB
I came across this article from Toronto lawyer Ed Olkovich, who blogs at The Estate Blog. I thought I'd share it with you because Mr. Olkovich gives three very practical tips for executors in Ontario who are dealing with the new Estate Information Return (EIR) that has been required since January of this year. Click here to read the article. The article provides links to the EIR form itself, and the government's 17-page guide to completing the EIR form. I hope many of you will find Mr. Olkovich's blog to be a useful resource.
