Neglected 88-year-old suffers a brutal fate due to elder abuse
Posted by

This story from www.nationalpost.com horrified and sickened me. An elderly mother left with a broken leg untended, lying in her own feces, for weeks. It sounds too cruel to be true. What on earth is wrong with people that they can treat others, particularly their own family members this way? And what's wrong with others living in the same house who don't object or intervene? Click here to read this story, and take the time TODAY to check on an older person you haven't spoken with in a while.
