Here is an article that I know many of you will read with interest. It tells the story of an Ontario woman who was named as executor of her father's will. She discovered her stepmother living in the father's house after he died, even though the father and stepmother had signed a separation agreement. The daughter took matters into her own hands to get the stepmother out. The daughter ended up being criminally charged, and with a restraining order that said she couldn't go to the house she inherited from her father, and is supposed to deal with as part of the estate.
Quite the mess.
