Powers of attorney and beneficiary designations

The question of whether an attorney under an Enduring Power of Attorney (aka Continuing Power of Attorney, Power of Attorney for Property, Durable Power of Attorney etc) can change a beneficiary designation is still one of the most frequently-asked questions.
