i need estate planning help...!
ReplyDeletemy evil sister whom i do NOT get along with has made herself the executor on the will and i am sure she forced my mother to word it a certain way whereby i get only 1 part of the money and she gets 3 parts of the money.
how can i get this will changed so that it is a 50 / 50 split?
also, how much would it cost to change the will?
and does anyone know how to do it for cheap and who to go through?
my mother lives in Toronto, Ontario Canada by the way.
thank you.
