An executor needs to preserve and protect assets
Posted by

The current issue of the Calgary Real Estate News is carrying an article I wrote called "An executor needs to preserve and protect assets". It talks about what steps an executor must take to look after his or her parent's house after that parent passes away and leaves the child as executor. To read the article, click here.

I'm Tennant in common with my ex and his mother. She's sick we took care of her. We broke up and they currently live in the house. he was making he Mortgage payments but he recently went bankrupt. He mismanaged our equity without my knowing and there is less than 40k equity so he still got to keep the house as he has told me. Do I have any options ? I put a lot of money into it
