Seminar: Remote Execution of Wills During COVID-19: A Cross-Canada Update

Normally, wills are signed with the testator and two witnesses in the room at the same time to watch each other sign. This is pretty hard to manage in these days of social distancing. If you are a lawyer or law student (or anyone else who is interested) who is wondering about how to properly witness a will and/or commission an affidavit in this new environment, I may be able to help. Next week I'll be presenting a new seminar called Remote Execution of Wills During COVID-19: A Cross-Canada Update. It will be available shortly through Seminar Partners so keep an eye out for it.
