DeleteAs a general rule, you have no right to it while he is alive, such as on divorce.
Depending on which province you live in, you might have rights to it if it's the matrimonial home in which you both live.
When he passes away, the property will form part of his estate. You have the right to be adequately supported by his estate. While this does not mean you specifically have rights to that piece of land, neither is that piece of land excluded. So although it seems a simple question, there is no simple answer.
