Doesn't it always seem that some beloved and/or famous person's death is in the news? Well, from Alan Rickman to Leonard Cohen, we did lose some greats this year. Click here to see CTV's list of famous folks who passed away in 2016. I'd love to say that every single person on the list had the foresight to have a strong, sensible estate plan in place, but I sincerely doubt that to be the case.
