Yes. The executor must make a sale that is reasonable in terms of price, and if the purchaser happens to be known to him, that's ok. This is only a problem if the executor is doing something against the estate, such as selling the property at a fire sale price. The beneficiaries do not get to choose to whom a property is sold.
