Eyes wide open - should you accept that executor appointment?

In her article, Ms. Weigl talks about the fact that many executors and court-appointed administrators take on the assigned role without even thinking about what they are getting into. It's an interesting read, and should remind all of us that acting as an executor is a bigger job than most people realize.
