How to avoid nasty estate battles

I'm attaching an article from www.money.msn.com that raises an excellent point. When there is a dispute among family members during the administration of an estate, the in-laws (that is, the spouses of those who are involved in the dispute) should keep their distance. Click here to read the article, which has some good, practical, ideas on how to distribute personal and household items that are in dispute.

  1. Disputes can happen between anyone, anytime, and anywhere. But if one person decides that he is not gonna give heed to the argument then no matter what, dispute cannot take a hike.

    1. Very true Kristo. Unfortunately people like that put everyone else to the expense and inconvenience of a lawsuit.
