Disputes can happen between anyone, anytime, and anywhere. But if one person decides that he is not gonna give heed to the argument then no matter what, dispute cannot take a hike.

Very true Kristo. Unfortunately people like that put everyone else to the expense and inconvenience of a lawsuit.
