1852 probate case may finally be closed

And you thought the estate you're involved in is taking a long time. In Cincinatti, a judge is hearing arguments on a probate case from 1852. Click here to read an article in The Community Press & Recorder about the estate of Ethan Stone. He was a lawyer turned banker who was tremendously successful financially. According to the article, 16 people in Ohio who thought they owned their homes don't actually own them, because of Mr. Stone's will.
