I just read this excellent blog post from the Toronto law firm of Hull and Hull, and knew that many of you will find that it hits close to home. Click on the link below to read it. I often hear people say that we need the specific crime of elder abuse to be set out in our criminal code. This article shows how the courts can punish abusers using existing legislation.
