Rectification of Error in Will Refused by Ontario Court

The following article is a report about a recent case from Ontario in which a client had assets both inside and outside of Canada, but didn't tell the lawyer in Canada that he had made a separate will for the foreign assets. This lack of communication led to enormous trouble after the fellow died. The executor applied to the court for help, saying that the Canadian will included an error.
