Update for those concerned for the senior I mentioned a few days ago

A few days ago I mentioned here that I'd heard from a relative of an elderly man who'd been taken by one of his children to the family cabin and left there without his medication or I.V. I called the family yesterday and am happy to report that the elderly man has been brought back from the cabin, his medical needs have been seen to, and he is staying with a different family member while permanent arrangements are made. This story could have had a much different ending. I'm glad the fellow is safe.
