Is it simple forgetfulness, or dementia?

I've found an interesting item that you might find useful if you're trying to come to grips with whether or not your elderly parent is showing signs of dementia. Is it really dementia? Is it just forgetfulness? What's the risk in letting things play out to see what happens? Wouldn't it be great if these things were easy to figure out, and easy to handle emotionally? AgeWiseLiving.com offers a CD (also available as downloadable MP3) called "Is it Simple Forgetfulness or the Real Thing?" I haven't had a chance to hear it yet though I'm buying it and will let you know what I think of it. Click here to go to their web page and learn more about what's on the CD and what you can expect from it. The photo shown here is from agewiseliving.com.
