I get a ton of questions on this blog that are about real estate. While some aspects of real estate law are applicable to my area of practice, which is estate planning, I don't claim expertise in the ins and outs of real estate law. However, I don't like your questions to go unanswered (feels kind of rude not to answer people!). ReplyDeleteReal estate is a legal term that encompasses land along with improvements to the land, such as buildings, fences, wells and other site improvements that are fixed in location—immovable. Thanks for this information.
