This is a side of estate planning that doesn't get much press. It needs to be addressed though, as people don't always make the best decisions while they are still in the initial stages of grieving. I see this with people who are widowed, who know they have to re-visit their own Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney, but act too soon. They just end up becoming more stressed.
