Wanted: An Island With Room For All

This article from the New York Times talks about the "battle of the ages" on the reality TV show Survivor, and relates it to societal attitudes of pitting "dumb youngsters" against "useless oldsters". What do you think? Does this show contribute to tension between the "ages", or does it merely reflect tension that already exists? Does this tension exist? Click here to read the article.
