Minister of Justice appoints new federal ombudsman for victims of crime

Three days ago, our Minister of Justice appointed a new federal ombudsman for victims of crime. Victims can contact the ombudsman by a toll-free number to find out more about their rights as victims, or to complain about any federal law or federal agency that deals with victims of crime.
